Specialist Trauma-Informed Psychological Services

I offer thoughtful, evidence-based psychological services for adults affected by trauma and related difficulties. All work is trauma-informed, carefully paced, and tailored to your individual needs, values, and circumstances.

How I Can Support You

People seek therapy for many different reasons, often after coping on their own for a long time. You may be feeling unsure about what kind of support you need, or whether your experiences “count” as trauma.
You do not need to have a diagnosis, or to know exactly where to begin. My role is to help you understand what may be most helpful and to guide the process carefully and collaboratively.
Every person’s journey is unique, and therapy is always tailored to your individual needs and goals.

Common Questions About Services

Frequently Asked Questions

No. You do not need a diagnosis or to know exactly what you are experiencing before getting in touch. If something continues to affect your wellbeing, relationships, or sense of safety, it is appropriate to seek support.

Many people are unsure where to begin. This can be explored together during a free initial consultation, where we can discuss your needs and consider which service may be most helpful.
The initial consultation is a free 15–20 minute call. It offers an opportunity to briefly discuss what you are looking for, ask questions, and consider whether working together feels like a good fit. There is no obligation to proceed.
At present, sessions are offered online. This allows therapy and supervision to be accessible while maintaining confidentiality and clinical standards.
For therapy, sessions are usually held weekly to support consistency and progress. However, frequency is discussed collaboratively and agreed based on your needs and circumstances.
