Therapy appointments involve reserved clinical time and preparation. For this reason, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

2. Payment in Advance

• All sessions must be paid for in advance.
• Appointments are confirmed once payment has been received.
• Payment secures dedicated clinical time for your session.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or refunded.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged in full.
• Missed appointments (non-attendance) are charged in full.

This policy supports fairness and ensures continuity of clinical practice.

4. Circumstances Where Refunds May Be Considered

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

• If the clinician cancels the appointment.
• If a technical issue prevents an online session from taking place and cannot be resolved.
• If payment was made in error (duplicate payment).

Any refund issued will be processed via the original payment method where possible.

5. Circumstances Where Refunds Will Not Be Issued

• Failure to attend a scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice.
• Change of mind after a session has taken place.
• Dissatisfaction following completed clinical work (see Complaints Procedure).

6. Insurance Payments

If you are using private health insurance, refunds are subject to your insurer’s reimbursement policies. It is your responsibility to confirm coverage before booking.

7. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be made in writing via email and include:

• Your full name
• Date of the appointment
• Reason for the request

Requests will be reviewed and responded to within a reasonable timeframe.
